A fabulous drive from Marrakech ove rthe High Atlas mountains - crossing the Tizi-n-Tichka pass. A steep climb in very hot weather. I think that I ctrossed it in 1976 - but the road is better now even if rather more traffic. That said the roads in Morocco are largely gloriously traffic free and great to drive with fabulous scenery. Later we stopped at the Kasbar Ben Haddar the film set for Gladiator and many other films.
