Jan 24, 2008 - Party on Litibu Beach

By Thursday, most of the wedding guests had arrived, so Mom and Dad threw a "Welcome to Mexico" party on Litibu beach. Litibu is "our" beach; we share it with the residents of Higuera Blanca, as well as a handful of American expats who built their vacation homes here. There was lots of beer, fresh fruit, and grilled fish to be had, and guests tried horseback riding, surfing, sea kayaking, drinking out of coconut shells, and leaving the American life behind...at least for a little while!
