Jan 5, 2006 - Manzanillo to Cabeza Negra

We left at sunrise for Cabeza Negra, a full day journey of 50 miles. We had to alter course as we were leaving for the cargo ship Capt. Norte out of Hamburg, Germany. We also passed the Mexican Navy ship P113 - Vallarta on the way out of the bay. We motor sailed most of the way, a fairly uneventful journey. Fairly large swells made the anchorage quite rolly. We got some sleep, but not much. It was calmer out at sea!
