Started our morning at the "Mexico Paris" cafe for breakfast...there are hundreds of cafes in San Cristobal but we've picked this one as our favorite. The first floor art consists of photos of famous people and places of Paris...the second floor has reproductions of Mayan art which were amazing...but our favorite place to have breakfast was on the roof overlooking the city. What a great deal on our breakfast...about $2 for scrambled eggs, refried beans, fried plantain, juice and coffee. The poor waiter had to climb a narrow winding...
