May 31, 2005 - Isla San Francisco to San Evaristo

We made the short 2.5 hour journey from Isla San Francisco to the small fishing village of San Evaristo the afternoon of 5-31. We motor sailed the entire way. Along the way, we passed the smallest inhabited island in Mexico, Isla Coyote. It has been inhabited for at least 100 years. It looks like it has nice houses on it, not just little shacks as one might expect -- maybe 5 or 6 houses. San Evaristo is a fishing village with one small tienda. Cathie wasn't feeling well, so she didn't go ashore here, but Kevin did. He enjoyed playing...
