Today was the day we had planned for Roy's dinner, as it was fresh market day in Bagni di Lucca. After a great breakfast, his friend Silvano dropped by for a visit. Silvano is living in his nearby ancestral village but despite his apparent Italianness he is a true Glaswegian just learning the language with Roy. We together checked out the local fresh product and decided on a seafood dinner . We passed most of the day at the pools. It is a fantastic public facility.
