Segesta! We drove a while to the architectural delicacy known as Segesta. Typically Sicilian, it is very hilly, though not as extreme as the Western coast. In Segesta lie the remains of an ancient Greek temple, amphitheater, city, mosque, church, and visitor center. (OK, the visitor center isn’t “remains”. It is more like a souvenir shop, where Carly bought a hat, and Travis realized that his head is too big and fat for off-the-shelf hats. They did NOT have sunscreen, however. This was something Carly noticed: we routinely saw “white”...
