Sep 9, 2010 - Dolmiti Days

The Dolomites. It’s a bit embarrassing to admit this, but I was never very sure where the Dolomites were, or what they were, and always fuzzily associated them with that strange looking thing that surveyors use. So, they are a mountain range, part of the Alps, and yet very distinct from the Alps as they are made of a very different type of rock.
