Saturday 28th March. Set off early for the lands of the Trulli! The journey towards Alberobello was lovely with myriads of wild flowers decking the open land between the vines olives and fruit trees. Part of the way we followed a tourist panoramic view route, well worth it. As we crested the hills ten miles from, but down towards the town, thousands of these curiously shaped buildings came into view.
