Arrived into Tel Aviv on the afternoon of December 12. Shoshana meet us the airport. Took cab with all 6 of us to Jerusalem. Driver seems to prefer strattling the lines rather than pick a lane. Don't want to nit-pick but it was interesting. Found our rented house on 10 Ein Rogel about 6 pm. Key was missing and couldn't get in. That was our only glitch after travelling arond the globe. 3" from door and that in the end was the challenge. Told it is extremely safe to walk around. Mar 24, 2010 - An update on travels

Hello Everyone: It has been a while since my last update, and much has taken place since my last posting. Classes have just ended for the second term and I now have only 6 more months in my program. The time has passed very quickly. Currently, I am completing my work placement (more about that later). Next month I will be heading off for my program's study tour in Turkey, and will return to school in May to begin my dissertation (thesis) research. Well, the spring term was quite exhausting. Mar 4, 2009 - Day 08 - Tel Aviv Yaffo

Our trip today was dedicated to the city of Tel Aviv Yaffo. First we visited Beit Hat'futzot (The Nahum Goldmann Museum of the Jewish Diaspora)located in Tel Aviv university. We examined the definition of Jewish identity and explored the variety ways of expressing one's Judaism. Next, we toured the Neveh Tzedek neighborhood in Tel Aviv and last we enjoyed a breathtaking sunset over the Mediterranean Sea.
