Jan 6, 2009 - Day 6-Golan Heights to Shorashim
On the bus I sat across from Hilla and Ali. Hilla bought wine for her boyfriend and Sarah bought dessert wine. They both said the wine was very cheap. It was interesting to talk to Hilla. We discussed G-d, her military service, Gaza, and her boyfriend. She said that she's very proud to be an Israeli and to fight for her country. She said we would want to fight too if someone was always trying to take away our land. We then talked about music. She played for us a song she wrote and sang.
