Sep 6, 2008 - Ende, Flores

We caught a bus back to Ende a day early for our flight back to Bali (so we could be sure we'd make it!), and had a pretty easy journey back (we're used to travelling inside a smoke-filled boom box now, even with a driver who's determined to make everyone sick! - the scenery makes up for it!). Ende is really spread out, so it feels huge. The tiny part by the harbour was frenetic, but the outskirts (where we stayed) were peaceful, and getting our flights reconfirmed (again) and finding good food were surprisingly easy.
