Jun 16, 2004 - Mt. Elbrus climb- the highest peak in Europe, Russia

Next morning the group with which we were going to climb Elbus, the highest peak in Europe (18,500 feet) finally met when we were driven to a new airport, one that had everything in looks that the old one was missing. I guess except for the security, since they were only marginally interested in looking at IDs and the X ray screens were not really scrutinezed either.
