Libreville,Gabon....claimed as the second most expensive city in the world after Tokyo. Not far wrong there!!! Due to the high number of epats or "whiteys" as we like to call them,working in the off shore oil industry and the logging industry Libreville resembles nothing like any other African city that I've been to so far.ie it's clean,pollution free and full of "whiteys".
