Having again received no positive job responses we decided to definitively to leave Nice and enjoy the rest of our time on the Côte d’Azur. Today being results’ day we wanted something to take our mind off the looming threat of potential bad news. So, we walked the few kilometres from Nice to Villefranche. As we climbed the hill Mont Boron to the east of Nice we had beautiful views back over the town and the Baie des Anges and saw some amazing houses perched on the mountain side. Jun 9, 2007 - Day 9 - Villefranche

No dockside today, the ships launch ferried passengers to the jetty at Villefrance then bus to Nice, then onto a linked trailer carrier called the little train. Nice is a beautiful place, the French Riviera or the Cote De Azur and all the other names its called, it is a very nice place in Nice. The little train went all over and up to a hill near Nice. The operator shows us the rich and famous houses. Sir Elton John's place on the top of a mountain, Tina Turners, Bono's of U2 fame all have residence here. The train got stuck when passing...
