Jul 9, 2005 - Paris continued

I did another city tour on bike, but the tour guide gave dud advice that saw me going to try to see the Live 8 concert with Jamiroquai at the Effel tower when they were actually playing at Versaille. So in thongs and jeans at a loose end on a Saturday night I found myself at the most expensive bar in Paris....the Buddah bar. This was followed by dancing till 4am at the HOT Latino Cafe on Champes Ellysee that I stumbled across trying to get a cab. HOT because the temperature on the downstairs dancefloor must have been at least 35 degrees....

Jun 18, 2005 - Had a Bad day......

Ok... I feel as though I have been in a time warp for the past few days, but I remember the order of events, but I have no idea what day of the week it is!!! So, to begin, my crappy day: fridays night in Paris I was hanging around with some peeps at the hostel, a great crew from all over the world. We sat outside and chatted for a while, then decided to go out to a pub nearby. Since I am by myself I have been very VERY careful of drinking, how much and with whom, you can never be too safe. At the age of 8, my sense of visual asthetics were open to the vast beauties offered by Spiderman and Marvel (DC being shunned as crude and undeveloped, Garfield and Odie, Scrooge and Donald, Inspector gadget and Astro boy.
