We are rudely awoken at 7am by a knock on the door, we have docked and its time to jump ship! I quickly get up wincing in pain as a series of red hot pokers stab through my skull. The next day we explore the capital city, Helsinki. ... DAY 31-33: Helsinki and Environs We have, despite the constant threat of rain, really enjoyed Finland. ... It feels very familiar to us, from the streets of downtown Helsinki to the rocks of Suomenlinna Fortress to the familiar landscapes of suburban Helsinki. ...
