Wilson fired the truck up at about 0530, another sunrise, and we got the hell out of there after Milo had an argument with the security guard about payment. Arrived in Awassa, which is the second largest sity south of Addis, not sure why I need to know that?, at about 11am to find some tyres and have a bit of a break as we had been travelling non stop from Nairobi till now. ... Salem [finally received the correct spelling in Amharic]: I wrote this entry in the midst of being PISSED OFF about my hotel accommodations on the road trip so please excuse my whining, but I wanted you to get an idea of my state of mind.NOT), Shashemene, Wonda Guenet (life altering), and Awassa. ... Can I just say this was quite an experience MENTALLY and PHYSICALLY!!!
