After checking out of the hotel about 9. After the ACE visit I went out to the spectacular temple complex of Karnak complete with sanctuaries, kiosks, pylons and obelisks dedicated to the Theban gods and the greater glory of Egypt’s pharaohs. ... The heat at Karnak was incredible and the only way it was possible to walk around was swaddles up with a sarong over my head! After cooling down in my air-conditioned room for an hour afterward a few of us went out for a traditional Egyptian meal for 5 pounds, followed by an evening smoking sheesha and having a few drinks. ... Taking the Long Way

salam everybody! things are good. yesterday i had a nice chilly shower then went out and did karnak temple, it was huge and amazing, and very very hot. ... when we came back we took a long ride through luxor on horsedrawn carriage, it was good.salam everybody! things are good. yesterday i had a nice chilly shower then went out and did karnak temple, it was huge and amazing, and very very hot. ... when we came back we took a long ride through luxor on horsedrawn carriage, it was good....
