So I have finally arrived in Quito after almost missing my transfer in Madrid. ... Speaking little english resulted in me sprinting, yes sprinting up and down the terminal to find my gate, but i made it woop!!! As this title states the first thing I did once arriving in Quito was head to the police station, my room mate had been mugged the night before, and I was bored, thus the reason for me ending up at the police station. ... i knew that it would be a whole day of travel, but who knew that the day would stretch till 3:00 am???? Everything was going along as planned, and we were on the plane in Miami, when the pilot discovered that a lock was missing on a medicine cabinet and we had to wait for maintenance to repair it. in another 45 minutes they had installed it! so we arrived in Guayaquil at 1:00 am. ... got to the hotel at 2:20 and THREW stuff out of our suitcase and crashed in bed by 3:00.i knew that it would be a whole day of travel, but who knew that the day would stretch till 3:00 am????
