Sep 26, 2018 - I'd like to buy a vowel, please ....

September 26, 2018 Krka National Park & Split, Croatia I’d like to buy a vowel, please The first few times I looked at the name of the spectacular set of waterfalls in Krka National Park I thought it was called Skradinski Butt which, of course, was simply thrilling for me. We did fall asleep at midnight with the help of some earplugs. We woke up at 6:30am, got ready and had breakfast outside at the hotel. Our driver for today, Daniel picked us up at 8am to take us to the Krka Falls, Sibenik and Trogir. The "us" being Trudy and Doug, Angie and Steve (Angie felt...

Sep 22, 2016 - Krka Waterfalls

Thursday morning, we woke up early again and ate breakfast down at the Riva. After breakfast, we headed to the bus stop for our tour of Krka National Park and Ŝibenik. Our tour guide today was Ernest and our driver was George. Leaving Split, we first stopped at Trogir to pick up some additional folks. This is Ernest’s home and he had lots to tell us about this little town. We continued on away from the coast and into Krka National Park. We first stopped at Skradinski Buk, Krka’s largest and most well-known waterfall. This is the last...
