May 14, 2007 - Corcovado NP: These little pigs didn't go wee wee all the way home!

I'm on the Osa Peninsula on the south western pacific coast of Costa Rica. The main reason for coming to the Osa Peninsula, is to visit the Corcovado National Park as I've heard from countless people I've met that its an amazing few days of camping and hiking with a trail that is super easy to follow even a novice walker like me can follow! So the first challenge was to get hold of a tent and enough supplies to get me and Tamara through 4 days of camping and walking. ... It was quite evident that neither of us were proper campers or "let s go wandering around the hills for a few days" people as we exit the supermarket in Puerto Jimenez laden with so many tins we could have opened our own bodega.I'm on the Osa Peninsula on the south western pacific coast of Costa Rica.
