Wednesday 18th July We headed out of Santa Marta on a 4x4s with a group of around 30 people, much bigger than usual. We left the main road and spent over an hour on a rough track, just a little taster of what was in store. After lunch we headed off with our porters and guides Omar and Robinson into the hills in the sweltering heat.
