Well, it looks like we´ve hit the end of the road. I'd like to tell you more about Bogotá, but we barely had time to visit the gold museum, the Botero museum, and avoid a scam to separate us from our passports before we left town. ... I can tell you that the city sits at an elevation of 8357 feet, has about 8 million residents, and is, in spite of what you may have heard, is as safe as any U.Well, it looks like we´ve hit the end of the road. So far, so good. In Bogotá, we have about 2 1/2 hours to get through immigration and customs and get to our gate for the flight to Cartagena, which turned out to be more than enough time. ... In fact, we get through the whole process in about 45 minutes.So far, so good. Here in Bogotá there are a few no go areas just like any other big city in the world, but on the whole it's pretty good. ...
