A 6am checkout from my hotel saw me arrive at my Shanghai hotel before mid-day. ... An uneventful flight was notable only for the fact that it pushed back 10 minutes before the scheduled flight time, took off within 5 minutes of the scheduled time and arrived early, and provided a hot breakfast of hot rice porridge (yuk), something resembling a bacon butty and pre-mixed coffee with milk and sugar (yuk again).A 6am checkout from my hotel saw me arrive at my Shanghai hotel before mid-day. ...
