Pulled into Guilin station about 6am and left the dutch behind and got straight on the bus to Yangshuo this tourist town in south central China. ... A cerca de 3 horas a Norte de Guilin situam-se os terracos de arrozais, que na Primavera sao verdes e no Outono dourados. Trocamos de carrinha, que nos levou a Yangshuo. ... (Con version en castellano mas abajo!) Ni hau!!!! We are survivors!!!! Believe it or not, we've just arrived in Yangshuo after 44 hours travelling!!!!! We left Zhongdian at 17:30 on the 5th of May on a sleeper bus and arrived in Kunming at 8:30 the following day having slept virtually nothing because we were on the last row of the bus and the bumping was nearly unbearable. ... Yes, you've read right, we spent twenty hours on a hard seat right after a sleepless night on a bus and saved almost 20 euros this way!!! Have we gone completely crazy? Perhaps, but the fact is that when we finally got to Guilin, we didn't like it and decided to take a bus (one hour) to Yangshuo straight away!!!! Anyway, we are in Yangshuo now and it was worth it, but that will be our next installment. ... Kaixo!!!!! Nunca Mais!!!!! Ya estamos en Yangshuo despues de 44 HORAS de viaje. ... After the last 2 days of just sitting inside doing not a lot decided that I should probably do something, especially as the weather had cleared up, not sunny but not rainy either. When we got back to Yangshuo me and Gower rather foolishly started on the beers. ... Uff - kalt ist es immer noch draussen - aber wir haben ein warmes Zimmer! Habe wohl noch die die Heizung in einem Haus so sehr geschaetzt wie hier! Yangshow ist nun wirklich tourisisch und ein reinstes Einkaufsparadies - Handtaschen soviel man will (Burburry waren meine Lieblinge - habe aber verzichtet), und das geniale- North Face Jackets. Ansonsten haben wir die Umgebung von Yangshuo mit dem Fahhrad erkundigt - die Fahrraeder waren zwar Mountainbikes - aber definitiv made in China - die lotterten ueberall!!! Aber die Umgebung von Yangshow ist genial - Limestonehuegel ueber Kilometerweit verstreut, Fluesse, Gruene Berge, ein MoonLoch - es war ein toller Tag auf dem velo und nicht mehr so kalt :-) Daisy, unsere Fuehrerin lud und ein zu sich nach Hause und kochte fuer uns. ... Das war ein tolles Erlebnis,einfach mal mit einer normalen chinesischen Familie am Tisch zu sitzen.Uff - kalt ist es immer noch draussen - aber wir haben ein warmes Zimmer!
