We get the bus from Chongdu to Chongqing on the morning of Monday 25th October, and will then get a boat down the Yangtze River for a few days, so unless the boat has an internet cafe (unlikely) there will be no updates!! The bus journey to Chongqing was pretty hairy, about standard for China really!! We were spared bus karaoke though, which was a bit of a relief, and just had some very corny Chinese films to watch to take our minds off the road!! We had originally talked about staying in Chongqing for the night, but took one look at the place when we rolled into town and jumped straight into a taxi to the docks to buy some boat tickets!! Two hours later we were boarding our luxury (??!) boat and finding our 3rd class cabin. ...
