Hangzhou is where the famous dragon well tea plantations are. This is the place where "special" emperor's tea is picked ( the early spring buds). Today - although no emperors, it is used for fancy smancy heads of state and govenrment parties. So Queen Elizabeth has been served this special tea. Not being big tea drinkers, it was surprising to hear green tea being compared to heorin - many grades and can also be "cut with crap" and still sold for high prices.
