We boarded the bus to San Pedro de Atacama which was a 24-hour bus drive. ... We had heard that Caldera and Bahia Inglesa had gorgious beaches and fantastic seafood restaurants so we decided to make the effort to stop here for a day or two. ... From San Pedro it is an 11 hour journey via Calama to the port town of Caldera. ... Setting off at 8am we arrived in Caldera at 8pm and set off to find a hostel for the night. ... After a reasonably long journey I arrived in Caldera, where I took a taxi to Bahia Inglesa. ... The taxi driver totally overcharged me, as I only had to pay half of the price when I went back to Caldera. ... Nach dem Frühstück um etwa halb neun Uhr und einem kurzen Spaziergang zur Conaf ("Rangerstation") um Infos zur Wanderung zum Mirador (Aussichtspunkt) einzuholen (=> der Weg sollte nicht zu verfehlen sein - später wusste ich auch genau warum) machte ich mich auf die 20 km lange und etwa vierstündige Wanderung (hin - und zurück).Nach dem Frühstück um etwa halb neun Uhr und einem kurzen Spaziergang zur Conaf ("Rangerstation") um Infos zur Wanderung zum Mirador (Aussichtspunkt) einzuholen (=> der Weg sollte nicht zu verfehlen sein - später wusste ich auch genau warum) machte ich mich auf die 20 km lange und etwa vierstündige Wanderung (hin - und zurück)....
