Sat June 8, 2013 41 degrees and clear here at 6:00 AM. It is very quiet – only the occasional cry of a loon on the Lake. I had one of those restless nights. I woke up several times and it was not dark so I guess we have crossed into that 24 hour daylight realm. We headed to Ross River. We drove 55 miles on chip seal with a few gravel breaks to the turn to Faro, then another approximately 35 miles to Ross River, so we are now 150 miles from the nearest “main highway”.
