May 26, 2011 - Bizarre phone call and a drift along the coast

We had another unproductive phone-call with the Customer Services Manager at Tiffin. Firstly he said they could replace our motorhome if we paid $46,000 for a 2012!. He said there was no way they would buy back our motorhome. He asked if this was our first motorhome which was the same question he had asked two days before! Then he said they would extend the full warranty for a second year. We pointed out to him that he had already done that in writing in April! Bizarre! We lost are cool. Jul 22, 2004 - Carleton-Saint-Omer

Carleton is on a bay with an offshore sandbank (the municipal campground where we stopped). The scenery here is dominated by Mount St Joseph, which is just under 197ft. From Carleton a small road leads up to the top from where there is a magnificent view over the Baie des Chaleurs.
