Lennoxville, QC We are at an RV Resort in Compton, QC mins. from Lennoxville. Sandy had her Best day ever!! Her memory was really put to the test. She wanted to search out her home, school, and the old boarding house and maybe even some long lost relatives. Could this be possible? Disappointed a bit, an empty lot is the only remains of the boarding house two houses down from the river bridge leading to Bishops College. The school was next on the list.. Tour of local area around Compton, QC. The Eastern Townships of Quebec was a very pleasant surprise. Gentle rolling hills dotted with colorful farms and their silos. The brick and field stone homes are in an abundance. Covered bridges tucked away near small rivers. Only 80 remain in all of Quebec from the horse drawn wagons of yesteryear.
