We moved down the road a bit, but not too far since we wanted to go back to Halifax to see the tall ships come into the harbor. Nice campground & good place to see the area further down the road. We met some nice folks from Ontario & joined them at the Shore Club Restaurant & Dance Hall (next to the campground) for a lobster dinner. They have held a Saturday night dance during the summer months since 1946.

Sep 21, 2004 - Hubbards Cove

We returned back to Canada with Heather's Mum. Our friends Mike and Ellen had babysat the coach and the dogs. We had a few days together before they returned to England Hubbards is at the head of St Margaret’s Bay and has been a tourism destination since the mid-1800s. Hubbards is a popular white-sand beach with the warmest salt water on the South Shore
