May 28, 2016 - Leaving Saskatchewan

Saturday, May 28 Went to Regina Costco for Gas and pick up a few things. Got on the road a bit latter than usual. The drive was pretty flat and straight. We stopped at a small prairie town near the Manitoba border, Wolseley, the infamous swinging bridge, that joint both sides of the river. There was an original School and courthouse beside the newer retirement home. We did stop at the little bakery for fresh bread and Cinnamon Buns, yummy.... After that brief visit we continued on to Virden Lions Club for the night.

Finally got on the road about 3:00 pm - and went as far as Virden, Manitoba. Nice little campground run by the local Lion's Club. It seems like a very friendly little town. Only problem seemed to be the nine trains that came through...
