Mar 25, 2008 - groan!!!....but worth it :)
This is a link to where I am on my journey today...http://www.britishcolumbia.com/regions/towns/?townID=3467 I groan because I worked all day and I felt much too tired to go for my walk today but because of the reward at the end of this journey...I mustered up the energy, willpower and determination to forge ahead and move myself to my minimum goal of 5 miles!!!! I must say that although my feet were killing me and my legs felt like rubber...I am happy I accomplished that goal:) I felt like I had a good hold on the reigns and if it hadn't...
