Well, we do seem to have the proverbial black cloud (well, just rain...things otherwise are goin great!) lingering over us, as we heard rain all through the night...getting up this morning...leaving Houston...and for most of our travel time today. The majority of the time, though, it is a sprinkly kind of rain. I guess it could be monsoon force. Rog and I have said "Hey, it's raining!" to each other so often, now we just say "Hey!". Today, we traveled north approximately 150 miles to the Canyon Creek Campground and RV Park just outside the little town of Hixon and just south of Prince George. We stopped for breakfast this morning at Williams Lake, a pretty town with a population of around 12,000. We continued to follow Highway 97 north through green, lush countryside. Like so much of the country we've been privileged to view, it is gorgeous.
