When we were in Mexico we met so many folks from British Columbia and more specifically from the Kootenays. So we thought it would be fun to pay some of our new traveller friends a visit and explore the Kootenays at the same time. And having poured way too much money into our gas tank, we were looking for a nice place to settle in B.C. while waiting for my son , Simon, to deliver our car from Montreal.
