Aug 30, 2009 - From Pincher Creek through Calgary to Drumheller
From Pincher Creek we drove to Calgary, and visited with Bob and Erika for part of the afternoon. THen we drove on out to Drumheller (following Bob's advice about which highway NOT to take) and found our free campsite - having to put up with a free "timeshare" talk in return. There we relaxed for a couple of days, and Malcolm did a bit more work on his paper.

Jul 5, 2009 - Pincher Creek, Alberta
7/5 – 7/7 Thirty-three miles further on PH3 brought us to Windy Point Campground in Pincher Creek. We had a beautiful campsite overlooking the Oldman River Reservoir. Although this area is considered the windiest in Alberta (the campground is a favorite with wind surfers) it was a great spot. It was also a convenient spot to visit a number of attractions.
