While it is easy to get from Yerevan to Stepanakert using public transportation, it is nearly impossible to get around in Nagorno-Karabagh without a car, and with the state of the roads in Karabagh and the tendency of drivers to drive with their knees while their hands are busy with vodka and a cigarrete, a taxi is an excellent idea. ...
