Aug 9, 2012 - Northampton.....

8 August, Arrived early afternoon at Northampton and went to Van Park. Carol said it’s a dump so I booked for 4 nights. We can drive to Horrocks and Port Gregory (they have fish and chips there) for a look around. Dined at the Miners Inn and first impressions were less than impressive, when the meals arrived they were quite nice and the drinks were cheap so what more could you want? Aug 9, 2012 - Around Northampton

10 August. I’m really getting into holiday mode now!! The biggest decision I had to make so far, apart from whether to eat the crumpet with ginger marmalade on it before I eat the one with peanut butter on it, was to decide if I should wear black or white socks with my sandals; at the end of the day I chose to wear no socks to avoid looking like a true git. Nov 21, 2008 - Denham to Northampton, WA - Day 5 in Metallica

Although it was cool to see the dophins up close, Adam was disapointed he didn't get to feed one when the little kids did. Tim found the whole thing a bit weird, and didn't particularly enjoy it. Adam though Tim was a big hippy gay. After saying goodbye to our new friends (people not dolphins) we began our long journey south, stopping just south of Denham for a quick photo op...

Mar 24, 2008 - Day 6 - The drive back

We were told to be ready to be on the road for 7am but, in line with the tour guide's timekeeping, we left at about 9am! We had to drive 600km (!) that day to where we were staying overnight for the last night of our trip - a farm in Northampton. We cracked open the beers one last time - stopping on the way to buy some drinks & fruit to make a punch that evening (as suggested by Jonny & Michelle) and arrived at the farm around 9-10 pm. A long day! Fortunately, dinner was waiting for us and we sat down to eat. After dinner, to wake us all...
