I was a bit disappointed by Cossack. This may be because I was hungover after celebrating shift change with a bus load of FIFO workers in samson the night before. The restored buildings were lovely but most were boarded up and a lot of the plaques explaining their history were so old they were discoloured and hard to read. If you compare it to somewhere like new norcia it was a big fail.

Aug 19, 2013 - Sightseeing at Cossack

Yesterday we went on a sightseeing tour up to Cossack and surrounding area with Bob & Julie. We looked at all the historic buildings, had a filthy cake (AGAIN) at the kiosk and went to one of the lookouts overlooking the area. They have done a lot of work in the town and it is worth having a look at all the historic buildings and reading the stories of how and when the area was established.
