14th Feb - Early start, got packed up and went into Cowes before leaving for some brekkie. Only took us about an hour and a half to get to Toora which was our base for exploring Wilsons Promontory ('The Prom'). and Prom Country. After sorting out the tent Iain and Paolo went beer and food shopping. It was so hot and we were all pooped so we pretty much spent the rest of the afternoon and evening sitting out front of the tent drinking beer. 15th Feb - First went to Agnes Falls in the Stzrelecki Ranges, they're the largest single span...

Dec 24, 2005 - OZ - Christmas in Wilson's Promontory National Park

Jonas' Log: It was about a 6-hour drive to get from the Great Ocean Road to Foster, about 10 miles outside the park. We spent the night there and headed down in the morning. The weather at this point was ominous. As we were getting ready in the main parking lot, it started dumping rain. At this point we arrived at a consensus decision to buy a half roasted chicken and a large bucket of fries, sit in the car and wait it out.
