Ok not sure if I have spelt the name if the falls correctly. One thing I am sure if is that they've had good rains down this way In fact it's been pretty wet the whole way east of the flinders ranges and I'm tipping it might be above average rainfall The wannun river was churning along, brown and dirty and covered in froth. This also on the wannun river, or whatever it's called , about 10 km from the last waterfall. Pretty cool huh If you fell in you would be squashed like a fly. Panda gave me a heart attack by squeezing under the retaining fence and peering over the slippery lip of the waterfall. Crazy damn dog!!!

After leaving Penola we headed towards the Grampians. Yep I'm in Victoria now. The countryside is flat from Robe to the Victorian border but it suddenly changes when you hit Casterton and it's hilly all of a sudden. Casterton is a pretty town in a valley and it has it's own version of the Hollywood sign on a hill paddock next to town. It's also the town a special breed of dog originated, from an exceptional sheepdog bitch called kelpie, and a statue has been erected in the middle of town in her memory.
