Today we went touring west through Westbury, Deloraine to Railton. Here we found the town of topiary with hedges made into all sorts of animals and people. A short drive to Sheffield, the town of murals and morning tea. In town is an old shop, still working, in the same vain as Stan Pollards in the Towers. The town was quite busy with tourists. A drive then on through Roland to an enchanting place called the Promised Land where a large maze complex called Tasmazia is. It is run by a former Ayr resident, Terry Baxter. Dec 24, 2014 - West coast of the Tamar Valley

On our way up the west side of the Tamar Valley, we stopped off at Legana shopping centre to purchase some last minute supplies before arriving at the Swiss inspired village of Grindelwald (cetainly changed from the last time we were here). Here the boys played 18 holes of putt putt golf and used the kayaks on the lake. We then travelled north to have lunch at Batman's Bridge park before heading to Beaconsfield to the mining museum at the old gold mine.
