May 7, 2015 - Days 102 - 105 UPDATE NOTES

Hi All, The trip home to see the family was a bit of a break from the cold, rain and wind so far delivered to us here in South Australia. We stayed in or unit as a “guest” which is different but a lot of fun. During the time at home Heidi organised the 1st birthday party of our youngest grandchild Charlie May which was attended by all the family so we had a chance to catch up with all, but unfortunately the oldest grandchild had to work so we regretfully did not catch up with her. Our flight back to Adelaide was novel as we flew on a...

Nov 16, 2011 - Our day at the wineries

What a fantastic day!!! We were picked up in a 1959 Daimler by our excellent driver John. We started at Two Hands, then to Peter Lehman, then Langmeir. We met up with Sufia and Bill yesterday at the Adelaide airport - they had been in Cairns diving. So now we're at the lovely B&B The Lodge in the heart of the Barossa Valley wine region. We did one tour...
