Morning kind of dawns - it's grey and nasty and very, very wet. The rain hasn't stopped all night and looks like it has no plans for letting up and water is pooling a couple of cm deep on the track. Fingers crossed we don't get bogged because it will be a helluva job to get the three tonne Rig out of there. The boys are absolute gems and install me, relatively dry, in the front seat while they do all the dirty work of packing up. I just had to give this place a mention, it was the best night out we have had in Oz so far. Picture this, we were reading about this place in the Lonely PLanet, it said it was a must do, a campsite next door to the oldest pub in the Northern Territories, well that's got me there already, but they also have nightly entertainment. OK, judging by the entertainment we have been subjected to at the campsites already this is going to be Butlins in the Outback.
