Oct 17, 2008 - Blue Mountains

Tuesday 14th Oct – we flew to Sydney and stayed at a placed call Blaxlands, about one hour west of Sydney, with Rob and Kerrin. Wednesday 15th Oct - we drove down to Woollongong and stayed the night with John and Helen. On the way there we saw our first wild kangaroos in a field alongside the road. Thursday 16th - we drove back up to the Blue Mountains to Wentworth Falls where we will be staying in a cottage for about a week.

Nov 27, 2007 - The Blue Mountains

I have pushed it today coming out of the Bush and up to Katoomba - the capital of the Blue Mountains. I didn't get to Katoomba. A wash of rain stoped me dead up on the mountain. Fog was so thick I could cut it with a knife. My back is killing me and the Tenere feels a bit heavy. I need to stop man thisis not funny. On the left hand sign corner I can c a sign "The Emperial" a large heritage building three story high full of glamour. This might be a yammmiii place to stop. I am wet.
