Apr 6, 2013 - Corrugation!
This morning we made up our minds to leave Wentworth and follow the Darling. This takes us via Pooncarie, an old Darling River wool town, to Menindee 237 Klm's north of Wentworth. Apr 5, 2013 - High Pressure Day!
That is, deciding when to get up! Bike riding and boating were the order of the day. We went around to the Murray and sat there with the engine off watching the sun go down. Watching the birds and taking lots of photos. We moored at the boat ramp and walked through the main street, and in a shop cum museum there we looked at all the miniature paddle steamers a man had spent a lifetime...

Quick stop off on the way out of Adelaide in the morning for a catch up over breakfast with Steve's cousin Norm, before heading back on up to Ann & Daves for christmas lunch with many & varied branches of the Todd Family Tree (22 of us in all). Dave is apparently well known for a short temper (and just as quickly returning to his usual sunny self) and saw this in action when he smashed one of the tables into its consituent pieces. Also saw Steves genetic inheritance in action (his grandfather was a carpenter) when he hammered it back...
