Sep 20, 2016 - Lightning Ridge to Collarenebri
20/9/2016. Collarenebri Today we left Lightning Ridge. It was 6 degrees early and when we left it was sunny with lots of clouds about and pleasant, even with the cool breeze. Mar 26, 2014 - Collarenebri
Wednesday 26th This morning we left our free camp to head towards Lightning Ridge, this would be another long day as it is raining heavy. The rain fell all day which made the trip a bit longer as we had to take it easy with all the rain. Because of the rain we only got to a free camp about 120kms away from Lightning Ridge. This camp was almost under water because of all the rain, as you can see by the photo. The area is new and has a good ablution block with very clean facilities.
