With all the beef we have seen (and eaten) since arriving in Argentina, where are cows? And where are the cowboys? We wondered about the people with the important job of herding, branding, lassoing, and partaking of other important cowboy activities. The Argentinean equivalent of a cowboy is a gaucho.
